Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every piece we send to your home.

At Decorians, each product is carefully packed and inspected before it leaves our warehouse. We want you to love what arrives at your door — and in the rare event that something goes wrong, we are here to make it right.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We offer a resolution in the following situations:

       Your product arrives visibly damaged due to transit mishandling.

       You receive a wrong product — one that does not match your order.

       The product has a major manufacturing defect that affects its functionality or appearance.

Refunds are not applicable for change of mind, aesthetic preferences, or minor color variations that may occur due to screen display differences or the handcrafted nature of certain products.

How to Raise a Refund Request

To ensure your concern is handled swiftly and fairly, please follow these steps:

       Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment you open the package.

       Capture detailed photographs of the product and any visible damage or discrepancy.

       Email your unboxing video and images to decorians.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

       Include your order number and a brief description of the issue in your email.

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery or without supporting video and photo evidence may not be eligible for a refund. This policy exists to protect both our customers and the integrity of our quality assurance process.

What Happens After You Submit

Our team will review your submission within 2–3 business days. If your claim is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. You are not required to return the product — we take full accountability and resolve the matter without the inconvenience of reverse shipment.

Refunds, once approved, are typically reflected in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

No Returns or Exchanges

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or reverse pickups. All our products are shipped after a quality check, and we encourage you to review product details carefully before placing your order.

No Order Cancellations

As each order is processed and dispatched promptly, we are unable to accept cancellation requests once an order has been placed. Please ensure you have reviewed your order details before completing your purchase.

Color & Display Disclaimer

Product colors and finishes as seen on screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to differences in monitor settings, ambient lighting, and photography conditions. These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a refund.
