Every Decorians order is handled with care from our warehouse to your home. We ship across India and are committed to delivering your pieces safely and on time.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, please allow 1–3 business days for processing, quality inspection, and packaging. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or national public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

•       Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 business days

•       Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–8 business days

•       Remote or hilly regions: 7–12 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on courier operations, peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or logistical delays. Decorians is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners, once the package has been handed over for dispatch.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or order ID via email or WhatsApp. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time. If you do not receive tracking details within 4 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us.

Packaging

We take packaging seriously. Each product is wrapped, cushioned, and secured to ensure it survives the journey and arrives in perfect condition. Our packaging is designed with both protection and presentation in mind.

Courier Delay Disclaimer

While we do everything in our power to ensure timely delivery, courier delays — especially during festive seasons, high-demand periods, or due to logistical disruptions — are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and are always available to assist you in tracking your order.

Payment Mode

Decorians currently operates as a prepaid-only store. We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD). All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout through our secure payment gateway.
